Rest of World We ship to a wide range of international destinations. Orders outside the regions listed above are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis via Royal Mail. A flat shipping rate of £45 may apply. Please note that import duties and local taxes may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch & Delivery Times Orders are dispatched every Friday. If you order after midnight Thursday, your order will be dispatched the following Friday. Delivery times will vary by destination. UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days, international orders within 2-14 working days depending on region.

We offer a 30-day return window on all orders. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Customers outside the UK and EU may be subject to a small restocking fee.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping and issue a full replacement or refund.

Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
