No. Our units are plug-and-play and require no additional software. We highly recommend the free add-on MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager for our MSFS users, which saves your panel positions so you don't need to reposition them each flight. If you are mounting WINCTRL components, their software will also be required. Please note we are unable to offer support for third-party hardware.

Absolutely. Our units are VESA compatible and can be mounted to any standard sim rig or monitor arm. WINCTRL units require screwing to the mount. All necessary screws and Allen keys are included in the box.
We offer a 30-day return window on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied, contact our support team and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customers outside the UK and EU may also be subject to a restocking fee.
